Recipes?

03 July 2010
Anyone have some fast recipes for dinner that they care to share with me? I realize that when I moved out here that I mainly know how to cook things that take too long to cook AKA over 30 minutes. If anyone cares to share their fast recipes, I'd greatly appreciate it!

PS I'll get to some hardcore blogging when I have more time. I'm still trying to get settled down here.

Corned and Egg. It's my favorite because it's fast to serve.

1. Fry a can of corned on a frying pan with some oil.
2. Be careful, because the oil will explode a little bit.
3. put an egg on the frying pan. Just make sure the egg is less than the corned beef.
4. Scramble it.
5. Done.

Pita bread pizzas. Get whatever you want for pizza, put it on the pita bread, stick it in the oven on broil until it's hot.

Haven't talked to you in a while! Hope all is well!

Presoak a couple of chicken breasts with soy sauce, garlic, brown sugar. Slice 2 anehaim peppers and boil until soft. Use the stove flame to singe the skin, then gentle rinse off. Grill the chicken breast. On a couple slices of toast put a little mustard/mayo /spice blend. Add chicken sliced & the pepper half. Best sandwich ever.

Creamy chicken and pasta is easy and I make it on Sunday for the family. If I can do it, it just be easy...

1. Brown an onion in olive oil or butter.

2. Cut up chicken breast and simmer in the olive oil and browned onions.

3. Add sour cream and some more olive oil and simmer until in a sauce. Season with salt and fresh ground pepper.

4. Add over your favorite pasta. I personally like rigatoni.

5. Grate cheese over the top. I personally like asiago cheese grated on any pasta.

Simple and fast! Maybe not the best for you, but it's good!
